✅ Luzerner Käsekuchen ??
The Luzerner Käsekuchen deserves a bit of explanation. It is an apparently traditional local dish for Luzern, and was billed as a “cheese pie” with Gruyere and Emmentaler cheeses. It was like a cheese quiche, but cheesier.
