…which is the `rm -rf *` of Amazon S3. Super dangerous, but sometimes necessary. ??

Before and after repackaging my flour haul.
The buckets are food-grade 5 gallon buckets from the hardware store. The lids (also food food-grade) are screw-top and have seals to make the whole package airtight. Packaged like this, it should last for months. ???
