We have pelicans on our lake! Never seen that before. I think they are the American White Pelican. Maybe migrating? There must be a hundred of them. Amazing! #birds #lakelife

We’ve had warmer Spring-like weather the last week or so, and the ice is melting at a rapid clip. At this rate, I expect all the ice to be melted by next weekend. But nighttime temperatures are still dipping below freezing, so I’m taking full advantage and having a fire this morning. Maybe the last one of the season. #lakelife
