I had lunch at a restaurant at Boston Logan, where I saw a prep cook shucking oysters. But then I noticed the knife had a cord! Maybe an electric shucking knife or something? I asked our server and he explained that the cord wasn’t electric, but rather a security cable that tethers the knife to the station. They have periodic security audits, and if a knife is missing they have to shut down the airport! #Italy2025
