Central Indiana is the sweet spot for variety of good pizza. We sit at the intersection of influence of Chicago, Detroit and St. Louis style pizza; we enjoy the global hegemony of Naples; and we mostly avoid the influence of floppy NY and “anything goes” California pizza culture.
I’ve started tagging posts on my WordPress-based microblog to turn them into a scrapbook of my travels. I’m certainly not the first to do this, but I thought I’d share in case others might want to adapt the idea for their own use. https://microblog.dazeend.org
Last fall, on a lark, I planted in my back yard a handful of buckeyes that I found while taking a walk. I just noticed that one sprouted! And don’t worry, I protected it so that it won’t get trampled.
