I just got off my sales call and opened Twitter to find 400 unread messages in my timeline.
? “Oh shit. What happened now?”
?? “Whew. Just the Apple event.”

I spent a half hour today updating the PDF form my customers use to update credit card information. It’s annoying to spend 30 minutes on a boring task like this, but that form has saved me the days of time it would take to create a billing portal, so I’m counting it as a win.
I went to the Apple Store in Indianapolis to get new iPhones today. Credit where credit is due: The whole trip was super smooth and efficient. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and that even included an exchange. It was a much better experience than my last trip.
