The biggest source of churn for RelaNet is the death or retirement of a customer. I don’t think there’s anything I can do to improve that metric.

PSA: I think I finally figured out the reason my websites were repeatedly being flagged as phishing sites by Google. I use a ServerAlias to create an alt URL during development, and generally leave them active when done. These alt URLs seem to be triggering Google’s algorithm.
