We take our niece and nephew out for their birthday lunch each year, and today was my niece’s turn. Her choice? Teppanyaki. Dinner and a show!

The buckets are food-grade 5 gallon buckets from the hardware store. The lids (also food food-grade) are screw-top and have seals to make the whole package airtight. Packaged like this, it should last for months. ???
