It’s looking to be my first month with net negative churn. Not by a lot, but I celebrate the wins where I find them. ?
? Today’s big accomplishment: Got my Centos test server upgraded to PHP 7.2 with libsodium support. It took all day, but now that the process is fully documented, it should go much smoother when it’s time to upgrade the production servers.
Our insurance agent contacted us to tell us about a new homeowners policy that he says would improve our coverage and lower our rates, and I am deeply skeptical. Insurance agents aren’t in the business of giving away coverage so I want to know what exactly has changed.
Just negotiated a 40% discount on an advertising opportunity. How? I asked for it.
