The Mellon Meyer tasting was shorter than expected, so we headed to HiFi Wine Bar for a tasting from Martin Woods (who owns the bar). The wines were nice, but the bartender was especially good—friendly and knowledgeable. https://www.martinwoodswinery.com (McMinnville, OR)

Mellon Meyer does things a little differently than most wineries in Willamette Valley—they only do sparkling wines. It was a nice break from all the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay that we had tasted over the weekend.
