This weekend was all about the refrigeration unit. I built a shelf for the cooling unit, then rebuilt it when I discovered that the drain line wasn’t where I thought it was. Rented a small tractor with a loader to (finally) move a giant pile of rocks and reinforce/beautify the shoreline. The rock pile was salvaged from rocks that were pulled out of the flower gardens over the past two years. The previous owners really liked their rocks! #AislingHouse #LakeLife

I had a great conversation with @manton@manton.org last week at Release Notes, during which I realized the pointlessness of maintaining two separate blogs. The original idea, years ago, was to have separate places to post longform and microblog format posts, but I haven’t posted anything longform in years, so why bother?
Today I got everything merged into a single blog at https://dazeend.org, and even managed to save all my history. This setup makes a lot more sense for me moving forward. 👍
