The buckets are food-grade 5 gallon buckets from the hardware store. The lids (also food food-grade) are screw-top and have seals to make the whole package airtight. Packaged like this, it should last for months. ???

Today’s tally: Two loaves of bread, an angel food cake (using egg whites), and a lemon curd (using the yolk). Now off to Kokomo to celebrate some family birthdays. ?????
I wanted to test a new flour, so I did a test bake using the same recipe and procedure, but different flours. Heather will be judging them blind this evening. And of course no A/B test is official without signs! #mbfeb
