So today I discovered my company’s domain was listed for sale on Afternic for $25,000. The thing is, I didn’t list it. I don’t *think* the domain would have been transferred if it were purchased, but it’s still sort of scary that apparently anyone can apparently list any domain.
I’m writing a requirements document for a contractor that includes flow charts and enough detail that at this point I feel like the feature could almost write itself.
TIL about `git merge -Xignore-all-space` and it saved me hours of time.
Also, there is a special circle of hell reserved for people who intermingle functional changes with cosmetic changes like, say, changing all tabs into spaces. ?

A big part of why I do what I do is the freedom it gives me. If I wanted to be told what to do, I’d still be an employee.

Free idea: Make a cover of Billy Joel’s “We Didn’t Start the Fire”, but replace all the historical references with events from 2020.
I use Authy for 2FA TOTP codes, but it gets a little unmanageable when you have a lot of sites stored in it. Can anyone recommend an iOS app for 2FA TOTP that might work better for dozens of sites? Maybe an app that lets you organize sites into folders?
