I just had to write my first email declining to work with a company based in the EU. Unfortunately, it’s just not worth the GDPR-related administrative overhead right now, since all my other clients are based in the U.S. Maybe someday, but not today. ?
It amazes me how different barbers have different conceptions of length. When I tell the barber “leave an inch and a half on top,” I might end up with anything between 3/4 inch and two inches. This time I was left with about an inch. This is a solved problem people! Use a ruler!
I am seriously considering requiring RelaNet customers to pay by credit card (as opposed to debit card). It seems like most of my dunning effort is caused by debit cards with insufficient funds. The question is, how much pushback would I get from customers? ?
Today is “infrastructure day” here at RelaNet HQ. I’m kicking Comcast to the curb and having Gigabit fiber installed to the premises. I can’t even imagine how much faster it will be to search the web for funny cat videos! ?
