I wanted to test a new flour, so I did a test bake using the same recipe and procedure, but different flours. Heather will be judging them blind this evening. And of course no A/B test is official without signs! #mbfeb

When I shop our local Pensey Spices, I have a tendency to pick up random spices that I’m unfamiliar with. Last time I bought a small jar of Za’atar, mostly because I thought the name was cool. Turns out, it’s *excellent* as a popcorn topping. Two thumbs up. Would sprinkle again. ?
