Yesterday, Heather and I made a day trip to the Alentejo region of Portugal. First stop: Herdade do Rocim winery in Cuba to learn about amphora wines. The wines were nice, but we both agreed that the wines weren’t as aromatic as we are used to. #wine (Vila de Frades, Beja, Portugal)

Second coat of Tung oil is applied, and the second half of the needed wall boards has been acquired so that they will be ready to finish on the next trip. #wine #ProjectWineCellar
